Brief Statement of Duties/Work to be performed:

• Provides assistance in company-wide activities such as Company Outing, Sports Fest, Christmas Party that are geared toward employee motivation particularly in the conduct of survey, preparation of necessary materials, execution of activities, etc.
• Prepares necessary materials related to employee - employer motivation and engagement trainings
• Conducts orientation of newly hired associates, as well as exit interviews of resigned associates.
• Monitoring and safekeeping of all Terumo (Philippines) Corporation associate's job description and 201 files.

Minimum Qualifications:

• College graduate of Education, Office Administration, Psychology, HRM, Business Ad, or any relevant course.
• Preferably with at least 1 year of experience in clerical, admin, or document control functions.
• Preferably knowledgeable in QMS and ISO Standard.
• Knowledgeable in file management and document tracking.
• With attention to detail, good communication skills, and good attendance record.
• Initiative to do tasks, with ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize.
• Proficient in MS Office and data encoding.
• Able to handle confidential information with integrity
• Capable of coordinating tasks and ensuring consistent follow-through.
