Project Manager (Hybrid Work Set Up)
In this role, you will be responsible for driving and coordinating APAC project activities, ensuring regional priorities, dependencies, risks and requirements are effectively represented in global project governance. You will support Global Project Managers by acting as the APAC point of contact, helping to translate global project objectives into regional execution plans and ensuring alignment across Customer Care Order Operations stakeholders.
The temporary Project Manager will work closely with APAC Customer Care & Order Operations, and potentially regional Global Operations and Supply Chain, Finance, Business Units and other support functions to enable successful project delivery, improve service, strengthen execution discipline and support the introduction of new capabilities for customers.
Key Responsibilities of Project Manager:- Supporting delivery of Customer Care Order Operations prioritized projects for APAC, ensuring regional scope, milestones and dependencies are clearly managed
- Acting as the APAC representative and point of contact for Global Project Managers, providing regional input, follow-up and execution support
- Coordinating with APAC Customer Care Order Operations stakeholders to align project activities with regional business needs and priorities
- Influencing key stakeholders by developing well-articulated situation analysis and road map for change based on a solid business case
- Establishing accountability and responsibilities within the project team
- Managing risks, identifying, assessing and controlling uncertainty
- Managing change, monitoring achievement of objectives and facilitating decision making
- Developing synergies and shared best practices
- Facilitating cross-functional integration
- Establish and maintain project governance structure (SteerCo, working teams, reporting cadence)
- Develop and maintain project plans, RAID logs (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, Dependencies), and action trackers
- Ensure adherence to PMO standards, templates, and reporting requirements
- Provide or help provide regular executive-level status updates including milestones, risks, and decisions required
- Support decision-making through structured analysis, data-backed recommendations, and clear escalation pathways
- Assist in creating and managing integrated project timelines across multiple workstreams
- Track deliverables, dependencies, and critical path to ensure on-time execution
- Minimum 3–5 years’ experience leading projects or supporting complex regional/global project delivery
- Experience in Customer Care Order Operations, Supply Chain or related operational functions preferred
- Project management skills: planning, communication, influencing, milestone delivery, risk management
- Experience with process optimization methodologies preferred
- Lean Six Sigma Green Belt preferred
- International business experience and change management experience strongly preferred
- Additional languages advantageous
