About the Role

We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Project Manager (Contractor) to support the planning, coordination, and execution of Convo AI initiatives. This role will oversee internal projects, customer-facing deliverables, and marketing initiatives related to conversational AI.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams, external partners, and customers to ensure projects are delivered on time, stakeholders remain aligned, and project milestones are successfully achieved.

• Manage end-to-end project execution, ensuring deliverables are completed on schedule and within scope.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders, customers, and external partners to align timelines, priorities, and project objectives.
• Schedule and facilitate meetings, ensuring action items are tracked and completed.
• Lead weekly project status meetings, identify risks, and proactively resolve blockers.
• Maintain project plans, trackers, and documentation while providing regular progress updates to stakeholders.
• Partner with the marketing team to collect and coordinate promotional assets, including headshots, biographies, social media content, case studies, and other campaign materials.
• Monitor project milestones, dependencies, and resource allocation to ensure smooth execution.
• Support customer engagements and special projects while maintaining excellent communication and operational efficiency.

• At least 2 years of experience in Project Coordination or Project Management.
• Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent organizational, time management, and communication skills.
• Strong stakeholder management and coordination abilities.
• Comfortable collaborating with distributed teams across multiple time zones.
• Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and capable of working independently.
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to proactively identify and address project risks.

• Experience in marketing, customer success, SaaS, or technology environments.
• Familiarity with conversational AI, voice AI, or real-time communication platforms.
• Experience using project management tools such as Asana, ClickUp, Monday.com, Jira, Trello, or similar platforms.
