Job Overview
We are looking for a detail-oriented Finance and Billing Associate to support invoice processing, vendor payments, and ensure accurate financial records.
Key Responsibilities- Process and review vendor invoices accurately and on time
- Match invoices with purchase orders and receipts
- Assist in preparing and executing payments (bank transfers, checks)
- Maintain and update vendor records
- Help resolve invoice discrepancies and vendor concerns
- Perform basic account reconciliations and support month-end closing
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
- Assist in audit requirements and documentation
Qualifications/Requirements
Qualifications- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
- Basic knowledge of Accounts Payable processes is an advantage
- Familiarity with accounting systems (SAP, QuickBooks, or similar) is a plus
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Good communication and problem-solving skills
- Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment
