About the role
In this full-time position, you will be responsible for overseeing the maintenance, repair, and improvement of the electrical, electronic, and mechanical systems that power our production processes.
What you'll be doing- Troubleshoot and resolve issues with electrical, electronic, and mechanical systems to minimise downtime and maximise productivity
- Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules to proactively address potential problems
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement upgrades and improvements to facility infrastructure
- Ensure compliance with all relevant safety and environmental regulations
- Provide technical support and training to production staff on the operation and maintenance of equipment
- Maintain detailed records of all maintenance activities and equipment performance
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering or a related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Facility Engineer or in a similar role within the manufacturing or construction industry
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to quickly diagnose and resolve complex technical issues
- Proficient in the use of computer-aided design (CAD) software and other engineering tools
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
- Knowledge of relevant safety and environmental regulations
