Posted on 1 April 2026- Supervising and Scheduling Maintenance activities for all production equipment and facilities
- Coordinating with external maintenance providers to ensure timely and quality service
- Overseeing the maintenance team and providing guidance and support as needed
- Implementing preventive maintenance programs to minimize equipment breakdowns
- Identifying and addressing any engineering or maintenance issues proactively
- Ensuring health, safety and environmental compliance across the facility
- Reporting on maintenance activities and budgets to senior management
- Minimum of 3 years experience in a maintenance or engineering supervisory role, ideally within the food manufacturing industry
- Strong technical knowledge of production equipment, including maintenance, troubleshooting and repair
- Excellent project management and problem- solving skills to oversee complex maintenance projects
- Ability to lead and motivate a team of maintenance technicians
- working knowledge of relevant health, safety and environmental regulations
- Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
