HR OFFICER
Responsibilities:
- Manage all facets of the department.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, screening, interviews, and onboarding of new employees.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, contracts, and HR documentation.
- Administer employee benefits, compensation, leave applications, and government-mandated contributions.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and employment regulations.
- Facilitate employee orientation and onboarding programs for newly hired staff.
- Monitor employee attendance, punctuality, and leave utilization.
- Assist in the development, implementation, and communication of HR policies and procedures.
- Address employee concerns, grievances, and disciplinary matters in a fair and professional manner.
- Coordinate performance appraisal processes and support employee development initiatives.
- Organize training programs and workshops to enhance employee skills and productivity.
- Prepare HR reports, metrics, and workforce analytics for management review.
- Support employee engagement activities, company events, and team-building programs.
- Conduct exit interviews and analyze employee turnover trends to recommend improvements.
- Collaborate with department heads to identify staffing needs and workforce planning requirements.
- Promote a positive workplace culture by fostering employee relations, professionalism, and adherence to company values.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least 2 years of experience in human resources, recruitment, employee relations, or a similar HR role.
- Strong knowledge of labor laws, employment regulations, and HR best practices.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
