About the role
As a Restaurant Supervisor at Mr. Mala Food Concepts Inc.', you will play a crucial role in overseeing the day-to-day operations of our vibrant restaurant located in Baliuag Bulacan. In this casual position, you will be responsible for ensuring exceptional customer service, efficient team management, and the overall smooth running of the establishment.
What you'll be doing- Supervise and coordinate the work of servers, hosts, and other front-of-house staff to deliver a seamless dining experience for our customers
- Monitor inventory levels, place orders, and manage stock to maintain optimal operational efficiency
- Resolve customer inquiries and complaints in a timely and professional manner
- Provide training and guidance to team members to enhance their skills and performance
- Ensure compliance with all relevant health, safety, and hygiene regulations
- Assist the management team in developing and implementing strategies to improve overall restaurant operations
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar supervisory role within the hospitality industry
- Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Excellent customer service orientation and problem-solving abilities
- Proficient in inventory management and cost-control procedures
- Adaptable to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
