Management Trainee (Online Grocery Store)

The Management Trainee – Grocery position is designed to develop future leaders of the grocery department. This position is a stepping stone toward becoming the next operations manager at BuiltaMart. Employees in this position must have at least experience in the grocery business.
Your Role- Handle daily store operations, which include receiving of stocks, handling of customers' orders, and ensuring timely delivery of packages.
- Ensure the work stations are cleaned, organized, and arranged according to company standards
- Monitor product freshness, quality, and expiration dates.
- Provide excellent customer service and resolve customer concerns professionally
- Manage the schedule and shifts of staff and ensure ample manpower. Monitor attendance and compliance to company policies.
- Follow all food safety, sanitation, and workplace safety procedures
- Support loss prevention and inventory accuracy efforts
- Analyze sales trends and assist in implementing promotional plans
- Step in to lead shifts as assigned by department management
- Must be a college graduate.
- With at least 1 year of experience in retail, grocery, or any similar industry.
- Must be willing to work on-site for 6 days on different schedules
- Must be willing to work in TOMAS MORATO, QUEZON CITY, / AMANG RODRIGUEZ, PASIG / EDSA SHAW, MANDALUYONG / SAN ISIDRO, MAKATI CITY.
- With leadership potential, good customer relationship skills, and good communication skills.
