- High school graduate or equivalent
- At least six (6) months of hands-on housekeeping experience
- Willing and able to work onsite in Baguio
- Basic knowledge of cleaning procedures, sanitation standards, and inventory monitoring
- Ability to follow instructions accurately and complete tasks with minimal supervision
- Basic English communication skills (able to understand and speak clearly)
- Reliable, hardworking, and quality-focused with strong attention to detail
- Flexible and adaptable to shifting schedules and fast-paced environments
- Team-oriented with a positive and respectful attitude
Your Daily Tasks
Facility Cleanliness & Sanitation- Maintain cleanliness, sanitation, and organization of the facility daily
- Conduct cleaning and sanitation tasks
- Follow the Facility Upkeep and Sanitation schedule to ensure compliance
- Adjust cleaning schedules based on operational demands
- Perform inventory checks of supplies
- Report any discrepancies
- Prepare accomplishment reports
- Assist the Facilities Administrator or supervisor with site-related concerns
- Adhere to internal policies and procedures under the Utility Management Program
- Take on additional tasks to support the team as needed
