A Bachelor's degree is required for this position.
Proficiency in basic MS Office applications is essential for coordinating daily office activities and handling documentation.
Fluency in both Filipino and English is required for effective communication with residents and tenants.
A minimum of 1+ years of tenant relations or customer service experience is required to deliver high-quality service to residents and tenants.
