Job Description

We are hiring Airline Reservation Agents to assist clients with flight bookings, reservations, schedule changes, and travel-related inquiries. The role ensures smooth booking experiences and accurate information for customers.

Responsibilities:

• Handle airline and travel-related inquiries via phone, email, or chat
• Assist clients with flight bookings, modifications, and cancellations
• Provide accurate information on flight schedules, fares, and travel options
• Record all interactions and maintain updated booking details
• Escalate complex cases to supervisors when necessary
• Meet service quality and customer satisfaction goals

Schedule & Training:

• Rotating shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
• Paid training on airline reservation systems and company procedures

Requirements:

• High School or Senior High School graduate (College preferred)
• Excellent English communication and attention to detail
• Customer-focused with strong problem-solving skills
• Basic computer knowledge and multitasking ability
• Willing to work onsite in Cebu City
