- Documenting customer interactions and maintaining accurate records
- Collaborating with team members to share best practices and improve customer service processes
- Adhering to company policies and procedures to ensure a consistent customer experience
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to listen actively and respond effectively
- Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills to address customer queries and concerns
- A positive, friendly, and patient demeanour, even when dealing with challenging situations
- Proficiency in English and the local language (Tagalog)
- A team player with a willingness to learn and grow within the organisation
- No prior customer service experience is required, as we provide comprehensive training
