Job Summary
We are seeking a driven Area Distributor Manager to lead distributor operations in Northern Mindanao. The role focuses on managing distributor partnerships, ensuring product availability, and driving sales growth in General Trade channels.
Key Responsibilities- Manage and grow distributor networks within assigned territories.
- Supervise and coach distributor sales teams and field personnel.
- Oversee trading terms, joint business planning, and distributor reviews.
- Ensure full distribution and inventory management of core SKUs.
- Execute trade promotions, merchandising programs, and market activations.
- Monitor competitor activities and provide regular sales reports.
- Collaborate with internal teams (Supply Chain, Marketing, Finance) to resolve operational concerns.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in distributor management or FMCG sales.
- Strong leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Proficient in MS Office; Power BI knowledge is an advantage.
- Must be willing to cover Zamboanga/Pagadian/Ozamiz/Dipolog.
