Job Responsibilities

Campaign Strategy & Planning
  • Develop and execute paid advertising strategies aligned with client goals and KPIs
  • Plan campaign structures, audience targeting, and budget allocation
  • Support onboarding and campaign launch processes
Campaign Execution & Management
  • Set up, manage, and optimize paid campaigns across platforms (Meta, Google, TikTok, etc.)
  • Monitor daily performance and ensure campaigns are running efficiently
  • Implement best practices for bidding, targeting, and ad placements
Performance Optimization & Testing
  • Conduct A/B testing on creatives, copy, audiences, and landing pages
  • Identify performance gaps and implement optimization strategies
  • Continuously improve campaign efficiency and ROI
Data Analysis & Reporting
  • Track and analyze key metrics such as CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS, and conversions
  • Generate reports and provide insights on campaign performance
  • Translate data into actionable recommendations
Client Collaboration & Communication
  • Coordinate with internal teams and account managers for campaign alignment
  • Provide updates on campaign performance and progress
  • Assist in presenting insights and recommendations when needed
Cross-Functional Collaboration
  • Work closely with creatives, content teams, and designers for ad assets
  • Ensure alignment between ads, landing pages, and funnels
  • Maintain consistency in messaging and branding
Minimum Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
  • 2–3 years experience in paid advertising or digital marketing
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Experience managing multiple campaigns or accounts
  • Proficiency in Meta Ads, Google Ads, and other paid media platforms
  • Good communication and teamwork skills
Preferred Skills
  • Experience handling e-commerce or lead generation campaigns
  • Knowledge of conversion tracking, pixels, and analytics tools
  • Familiarity with A/B testing frameworks
  • Experience in an agency or fast-paced environment

  • Campaign performance (ROAS, CPA, CTR, conversions)
  • Budget efficiency and cost control
  • Optimization and testing success rate
