Work Arrangement: Work from Home
Location: Angeles (Pampanga), Mabalacat, Ortigas, Makati, Cebu, Davao, Bacolod

Schedule: Morning Shift

Job Description:

We are looking for a highly skilled Paid Media Specialist to manage and scale performance across Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram) and Google Ads for two ecommerce brands operating in Australia and the United States.

You will work directly under the Digital Performance Manager and be responsible for executing, optimising, and reporting on paid media campaigns with a strong focus on revenue growth, efficiency (MER), and scalable performance.

This role requires someone who is both hands-on in-platform and strategic in thinking, with a strong understanding of ecommerce performance marketing.

Key Responsibilities

Paid Media Management
  • Manage and optimise campaigns across:
  • Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)
  • Google Ads (Search, Shopping, Performance Max, Display)
  • Execute full-funnel strategy:
  • Prospecting, retargeting, and retention campaigns
  • Maintain structured campaign architecture aligned with scaling best practices
Performance & Optimisation
  • Monitor and optimise towards key KPIs:
  • MER (Marketing Efficiency Ratio)
  • ROAS
  • CPA / CAC
  • Conversion rate
  • Identify opportunities to scale revenue while maintaining efficiency targets
  • Conduct daily, weekly, and monthly performance reviews
  • Implement budget allocation strategies across channels (e.g. Google vs Meta split)
Creative & Testing
  • Work with internal team to:
  • Brief new creatives (UGC, statics, video)
  • Test new angles and hooks regularly
  • Continuously iterate on:
  • Ad creatives
  • Copy
  • Audience targeting
Tracking & Data
  • Ensure accurate tracking and attribution across platforms:
  • Meta Events Manager
  • Google Tag / GA4
  • Troubleshoot tracking issues where required
Reporting
  • Provide clear, concise reporting including:
  • Weekly performance summaries
  • Monthly insights and recommendations
  • Focus on actionable insights, not just data
  • Align reporting with business-level metrics (revenue, MER)
  • Use data to inform decision-making (not guesswork)

Qualification and requirements:

Experience
  • 3+ years experience managing paid ads for ecommerce brands
  • Proven experience with:
  • Meta Ads (conversion campaigns, scaling, creatives)
  • Google Ads (especially Shopping & Performance Max)
  • Experience managing multi-market accounts (AU/US preferred)
Skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving ability
  • Deep understanding of:
  • Ecommerce funnels
  • Customer acquisition strategies
  • Attribution challenges
  • Ability to manage budgets and scale campaigns effectively
Tools & Platforms
  • Meta Ads Manager
  • Google Ads
  • Google Analytics (GA4)
  • Shopify (preferred)
  • Reporting tools (e.g. Looker Studio – nice to have)
Structure
  • Reports directly to: Digital Performance Manager
  • Works alongside: Creative / Ecommerce / Marketing teams
Nice to Have (Not Essential)
  • Experience with fashion or apparel ecommerce
  • Experience managing US market campaigns
  • Familiarity with tools like Triple Whale / Northbeam

Non-negotiable skills & requirements:

  • 3+ years experience managing paid ads for ecommerce brands
  • Proven experience with:
  • Meta Ads (conversion campaigns, scaling, creatives)
  • Google Ads (especially Shopping & Performance Max)
  • Experience managing multi-market accounts (AU/US preferred)
