Learning & Development Manager
About the Role:
We are looking for a dynamic Learning and Development Manager to drive our learning & organizational deveopment initiatives. The Learning & Development Manager is responsible for designing and implementing strategic learning programs that support client-specific and internal requirements, career development, upskilling, and organizational growth.This role plays a critical part in building a future-ready workforce in Eastvantage by aligning learning and organizational development initiatives with EV’s business goals.
Key accountabilities:
Learning Program & Design Delivery- Develop and deliver customized learning programs based on client needs and operational requirements.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify skill gaps and training priorities.
- Ensure training content is engaging, scalable, and aligned with industry standards.
- Design career development frameworks and learning pathways for various roles.
- Launch upskilling and reskilling initiatives to support talent mobility and readiness for emerging technologies.
- Track program effectiveness and continuously refine based on feedback and performance data.
- Lead OD initiatives that support culture building, leadership development, and change management.
- Conduct organizational assessments and recommend interventions to improve team effectiveness and employee engagement.
- Partner with HR and business leaders to align OD strategies with workforce planning and business transformation.
- Manage training logistics, including scheduling, facilitation, and evaluation.
- Oversee internal and external trainers, vendors, and learning platforms.
- Ensure compliance with training documentation and reporting standards.
- Collaborate with HR Business Partners, Talent Acquisition, and Operations to align L&D and OD efforts with business goals.
- Present learning and development metrics, impact reports, and recommendations to leadership and clients.
- Apply data-driven insights to improve learning programs and delivery methods.
- Introduce innovative learning technologies and methodologies (e.g., blended learning, microlearning).
- Benchmark against industry best practices to maintain competitive learning offerings.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Education, Psychology, Organizational Development, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Learning & Development, with exposure to Organizational Development, preferably in the BPO or IT industry.
- Proven experience in designing and implementing scalable training and OD programs.
- Strong understanding of adult learning principles, instructional design, and change management.
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Familiarity with learning management systems (LMS) and digital learning tools.
