Key Responsibilities
- Lead the Learning & Development (L&D) function to align training programs with business objectives and employee growth
- Design and implement comprehensive training strategies for new hires and existing staff
- Partner with business leaders and department heads to identify skill gaps and training needs
- Evaluate training effectiveness using data-driven insights and metrics
- Oversee and develop the performance of the L&D team, including trainers, facilitators, and coordinators
- Champion the adoption of innovative learning technologies and methods to boost engagement and performance
- Ensure all training initiatives comply with organizational policies and industry standards
Qualifications
Educational Background- Bachelor’s/College Degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, or a related field
- Minimum of 8 years of progressive HR experience specializing in Learning & Development
- At least 5–7 years in an HR Manager role with a focus on Training & Development within a BPO environment
