Mandatory Skills
- Proven hands-on technical experience
- SAP Basis and SAP HANA experience
- Basis implementation experience (On-Prem → Cloud and/or ECC → S4)
- Hands on experience or solid understanding of:
o SAP system upgrades (EHP/SPS/Kernel)
o SAP HANA installation, upgrades, backup/recovery, performance tuning
o SAP system/client copies and DB refreshes
o Cloud fundamentals including networking, storage, and HA/DR setups- System upgrade and infrastructure management experience
- Hyperscaler experience (Azure / AWS / GCP)
- Understanding of Technical Managed Services and ITSM processes
- Fluent English (written & verbal)
- Strong stakeholder management, presentation, and communication skills
- Customer-focused, relationship building, networking, and collaboration
- Results-driven, self-organizing, and strong decision-making
- Network-related technical skills
- Additional language skills (based on role/customer)
