JOB SUMMARY
The Accounts Receivable Associate is responsible in making sure that all company receivables are properly recorded and billed, collections are collected on or before the due date.
RESPONSIBILITIES- Process invoices or statement of account on a daily basis.
- Scheduling of billing delivery.
- Daily collection and monitoring of AR accounts.
- Recording of transactions in SAP AR module.
- Involves audit and reconciliation of all receivables which includes. but not limited to Hotel and F&B transactions, Theatre & Cinema, Mall Tenants, Casino transactions and other activities / events held at any properties of NWR.
- Credit card payment tagging and reconciliations.
- Process accreditation requirement of corporation, companies and travel agents who wished for a sent bill arrangement.
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration or other relevant field
- At least one (1) year experience in billing and collection, credit assessment, credit analysis, audit, reconciliation, aging and monitoring of receivables
- Preferably with experience working in Hotel, Mall and Theatre industry
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent numerical ability
- Excellent analytical skills
- Ability to collate, analyze, and derive/present insights from data
- Proficient in statistical techniques and tools
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Office Excel
- Advanced skills in Dynamic System Reporting (DRS), SQL, and SAS
