Credit Investigator/Collector

About the role

As a Credit Investigator/Collector at AGnP Corporation, you will play a crucial role in our financial services operations. Reporting to the Credit Manager, this full-time position is based in our Santa Cruz Laguna office. You will be responsible for investigating credit applications and collecting on outstanding debts to ensure the financial health and stability of our organisation.

• Conducting thorough investigations of credit applications to assess creditworthiness and make informed decisions
• Contacting customers with outstanding debts to negotiate repayment plans and collect on overdue payments
• Maintaining detailed records of all credit investigations and collection activities
• Collaborating with the Credit Manager to develop and implement strategies to minimize credit risks and improve debt recovery rates
• Providing regular reports on the status of credit applications and debt collection efforts
• Staying up-to-date with relevant laws, regulations, and industry best practices

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a credit investigation or debt collection role within the banking or financial services industry
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to assess credit risk and make sound decisions
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to effectively interact with customers
• Proficient in using credit reporting systems and debt collection software
• Thorough understanding of relevant laws and regulations governing credit and debt collection practices
• Attention to detail and the ability to maintain accurate and up-to-date record
