We are currently hiring for Accounting Specialist to join our #happyatwork growing team!

About the role

We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Accountant to join our team at iOPEX Technologies Philippines Inc. This is a full-time position based in Taguig City, Metro Manila. As a Senior Accountant, you will play a crucial role in the Financial Accounting and Reporting function, supporting our US Pioneer Account.

• Preparing and reviewing financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements
• Reconciling accounts and ensuring accurate record-keeping
• Providing financial analysis and recommendations to support business decisions
• Coordinating with internal and external stakeholders to ensure timely and accurate reporting
• Assisting with the development and implementation of accounting policies and procedures
• Identifying opportunities for process improvements and implementing efficient accounting practices
• Ensuring compliance with relevant accounting standards, laws, and regulations

• At least 1-2 years of experience as a Senior Accountant, preferably in the Financial Accounting and Reporting domain
• Experience within the BPO set up is a PLUS but not required
• Proficient in the preparation and analysis of financial statements
• Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to work under pressure
• Proficient in the use of accounting software and spreadsheet applications
• Willingness to work in Bonifacio Global City, Taguig City on a night/shifting schedule
