PROJECT MANAGER

Job Responsibilities:

• Plan and execute projects by defining scope, objectives, and milestones with stakeholders, while monitoring progress to meet deadlines, maintain quality standards, and mitigate potential risks.
• Break down projects into manageable tasks, assign them to the right team members, and monitor progress to ensure alignment with overall project goals.
• Manage a small, diverse team by fostering collaboration, providing guidance, resolving conflicts, and serving as the central point of contact between team members and stakeholders.
• Collect and consolidate team updates for stakeholder reporting, manage ad hoc reporting requests, and maintain clear, transparent communication with stakeholders.
• Ensure efficient resource allocation and utilization, while identifying gaps and coordinating with management to address them.
• Continuously evaluate and improve project workflows and methodologies, while promoting best practices in project management and team collaboration.

Job Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in business, management, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Proven experience as a Project Manager or in a similar leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum, Waterfall).
• Excellent leadership, organizational, and multitasking abilities.
• Proficient in project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, Microsoft Project).
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• 3+ years of experience in a similar or related role.
