The Role
We're hiring an HR Coordinator to manage the people side of EA Co.'s operations. This is an internal role — you'll be working directly for EA Co., not placed with a client. You'll own recruitment, onboarding, and compliance processes as we scale our talent pool.This role is ideal for someone who's organized, people-oriented, and comfortable building HR processes from the ground up in a lean team.
What You'll Do- Manage end-to-end recruitment: job posting, sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and coordinating assessments
- Run onboarding for new contractors and client placements, including welcome packs, contracts, and tool access setup
- Maintain contractor records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality
- Track and ensure compliance with BIR requirements, contractor agreements, and internal policies
- Support contractor payout coordination and invoice tracking
- Draft and maintain HR documentation — contractor agreements, NDAs, policies, and SOPs
- Monitor team engagement and flag any concerns to the CEO
- Coordinate with the CEO on workforce planning as the team grows
- At least 1 year of experience in an HR coordination, recruitment, or people operations role
- Familiarity with contractor-based workforce models and BIR compliance basics
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Strong written and verbal English communication skills
- Comfortable working with spreadsheets, trackers, and documentation tools
- Self-starter who can take ownership of processes without heavy supervision
- Discreet and trustworthy when handling sensitive information
- Experience in a staffing agency, BPO, or outsourcing environment
- Familiarity with remote team management and async communication
- Background in onboarding or contractor engagement initiatives
- Interest in AI tools and willingness to use them to streamline HR workflows
