Role Summary
We are seeking highly organized and proactive Administrative Assistants to provide comprehensive support to our teams across the globe. You will be a key player in ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of our offices.
Key Responsibilities- Manage office supplies, correspondence, and filing systems.
- Assist remotely with administrative tasks across the group of OneTeam companies
- Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and other documents.
- Handle incoming calls and visitors professionally.
- Assist with HR-related administrative tasks and onboarding new hires.
- Support various departments with ad-hoc administrative tasks.
- Follow up on timesheets, prepare invoices for approval, assist bookkeepers with preparation of receipts.
- Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or in a similar role (1-2+ years preferred).
- Proficiency in MS Office/Google Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritize work.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
