Flight Reservation Agent - Entry Level (Virtual Process)

Key Duties:

• Support customers with booking flights, rescheduling trips, and managing travel-related requests.

• Handle inquiries and concerns with professionalism, ensuring timely and effective resolution.
• Input and maintain accurate customer data across company systems.
• Deliver consistent service performance aligned with company standards and expectations.

Minimum Requirements:
