Duties and Responsibilities:

  1. Preparation of Report
  2. Timekeeping
  3. Preparation of Exit Summary Report of Resigned/AWOL/Terminated Employees
  4. Making of replenishment Reports
  5. Monthly Inventory and Purchasing
  6. Preparation of Request of Payment
  7. Facilitate the release of salaries of Staff and on-call
  8. Coordinate with the Head Office all the concerns in the Construction.
  9. Responsible for assuring that the SOP of the company is strictly implemented.
  10. Other task as may be assigned by her immediate superior.

Competencies / Skills:

  1. Committed, self-motivated and pro-active
  2. Good team player, keen to details and has high level of integrity/honesty
  3. Must be analytical and solution driven individual

Required Education and Experience:

  1. Bachelors/College Degree of Business related course or Office Administration
  2. Open to Fresh Graduate but experience is an advantage
