As an HR Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting the Human Resources team in all aspects of people management. This full-time position is based in Angeles City, Pampanga. and will involve a diverse range of HR responsibilities to ensure the smooth running of the company's HR operations.

Job Description
  • Providing administrative support to the HR team, including maintaining personnel records, processing employee documentation, and assisting with recruitment and onboarding processes
  • Assisting on payroll related document
  • Monitoring of employees contract
  • Responding to employee inquiries and providing guidance on HR-related matters
  • Maintaining and updating HR databases and reporting systems
  • Collaborating with other departments to address HR-related needs and support the overall business objectives
What we're looking for
  • Graduate of Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology, Business Administration, and other related courses
  • At least 2 years of experience in an administrative or HR support role
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
  • Excellent administrative and organizational skills with attention to detail
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities, with the capacity to interact effectively with employees at all levels
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and Word
  • Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in your work
  • knowledge in timekeeping/ payroll is a plus
  • Knowledge of HR practices, policies, and labor laws in the Philippines
  • A team player with a positive attitude and the ability to work under pressure, and willing to learn
  • Relevant experience in an HR or administrative role is a must, preferably within the construction industry is an advantage
