About the role
We are seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused Customer Service Representatives (CSRs) / Call Centre Agents to join the dynamic team at Top Alliance. This is an excellent opportunity for fresh graduates looking to launch their career in customer service.This is a full-time position based in Cebu City, Cebu, where you will be at the forefront of delivering exceptional customer experiences through inbound and outbound calls. As a CSR, you will play a vital role in representing our company and ensuring customer satisfaction whilst building valuable professional experience in a fast-paced call centre environment.
Key responsibilities- Handle incoming customer calls professionally and courteously, addressing inquiries, complaints and service requests
- Provide accurate information about products and services to customers
- Document customer interactions and maintain detailed call records in the system
- Identify customer needs and offer appropriate solutions or escalate to relevant departments as required
- Make outbound calls to customers for follow-ups, surveys or promotional activities
- Follow company policies, procedures and call centre protocols at all times
- Maintain professional communication standards and adhere to call handling time targets
- Collaborate with team members and supervisors to resolve complex customer issues
- Continuously strive to improve customer satisfaction scores and call quality metrics
- Fresh graduate or entry-level candidate with little to no call centre experience required
- Strong communication skills with the ability to speak clearly and listen actively
- Excellent customer service attitude with patience and empathy
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple calls efficiently
- Basic proficiency with computer systems and willingness to learn new software
- Professional demeanour and positive attitude towards work
- Ability to work in a team environment and follow instructions
- High school diploma or equivalent qualification
- Availability to work on flexible schedules including rotational shifts
- Problem-solving mindset and ability to handle stressful situations calmly
