JOB DESCRIPTION:

Maintains and monitors project plans and schedules
Coordinates with Team Supervisors and Filipino Design Engineers in the preparation of hull piping design plans and data
Coordinates all efforts for completing all planned activities related to the project within schedule
Assists in the preparation of drawing outputs for submission to customer
Provides support and assistance in facilitating and communicating with Tsuneishi Japan and other affiliate companies in all matters pertaining to hull piping design work done in Tsuneishi Technical Services (Phils.), Inc. including follow-up of necessary input data and workload for the team.
Facilitates in getting feedback on quality drawings delivered to Tsuneishi Japan and other affiliate companies
Educate the Filipino engineers in identifying and resolving technical issues during the project’s progress
Assists in training younger members and in addressing the yard, owner and class concerns as deemed necessary

Qualifications/Requirements

QUALIFICATIONS:

Proven experience in project coordination, preferably in the ship design or shipbuilding industry
Working knowledge of ship design process
Familiarity with CADMATIC and other ship design software is highly desirable
At least Level 1 in Japanese Language Proficiency Test (JLPT)
Willingness to relocate and work onsite in Balamban
