Property Manager

ROLE SUMMARY

Responsible for daily operations, facility and maintenance of the assigned building and liaises with tenants and owners, coordinates and manages maintenance, housekeeping, security activities, and ensures the facilities meet regulatory standards and codes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee utilities, cleanliness, and upkeep of the building and surroundings.
• Communicate with staff and tenants on facility issues, including service disruptions.
• Implement emergency protocols and lead the Emergency Response Team.
• Ensure safety, compliance with ISO 9001, RA 11285, and building codes.
• Conduct inspections, prepare reports, and issue tenant communications.
• Liaise with third-party providers and government agencies (LLDA, DOE).
• Act as Pollution Control Officer and Energy Manager.
• Handle tenant inquiries and resolve facility-related concerns.
• Perform other tasks as assigned.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Real Estate or Property Management or any related field
• At least five (5) years experience managing multiple properties (commercial and residential)
• Knowledge of relevant laws, regulations, and building codes.
• Excellent project management and negotiation skills.
• Good communication and customer service skills.
• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
