We are seeking a talented Inside Sales Representative to join our dynamic team at Great Image Services Corporation. As an Inside Sales Representative, you will be responsible for driving sales and building strong customer relationships through proactive outreach and exceptional customer service.This full-time role is based in our Cubao, Quezon City office, providing you with the opportunity to work in a collaborative and supportive environment.
What you'll be doing- Actively pursue new sales opportunities by making outbound calls to potential clients
- Provide excellent customer service and support to existing clients, ensuring a positive experience
- Accurately process orders, maintain detailed records, and provide timely follow-up
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement effective sales strategies
- Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends to provide informed recommendations to clients
- Contribute to the achievement of the team's sales targets and objectives
- Proven sales experience, preferably in an inside sales or customer service role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients
- Strong problem-solving and customer service orientation, with a commitment to delivering exceptional results
- Proficient in using CRM software and other sales-related tools
- Adaptable and able to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
