Inside Sales Representative

About the Role

As an Inside Sales Representative, you will independently execute sales activities to acquire new clients and generate revenue. You’ll manage assigned leads, conduct outbound outreach, and move prospects through the sales funnel while maintaining strong client relationships.

This role is ideal for someone who is adaptable, proactive, and comfortable working in a startup-style environment where initiative and self-learning are highly valued.

• Conduct outbound calls and follow-ups to acquire new accounts
• Manage assigned leads and move opportunities through the sales funnel
• Gather and document client information for job creation
• Maintain accurate and timely CRM records
• Track activities, follow-ups, and sales outcomes consistently
• Communicate professionally with US-based clients
• Handle basic objections and negotiations within defined parameters
• Support KPI targets related to revenue, conversion rates, activity volume, and CRM accuracy

• At least 2 years of B2B sales experience
• CRM experience
• Fluent spoken and written English communication skills
• Strong communication and negotiation abilities
• Confidence in handling client interactions in a fast-paced environment
• Willingness to work onsite in BGC, Taguig City
• Willingness to work US EST / night shift schedule

• Experience using CRM tools
• Experience selling to US-based clients
