Sales Representative

Santo Domingo, Dominican Republic

A SNAPSHOT OF YOUR ROLE

As a Sales Representative, you'll be the first point of contact for potential customers, guiding them through our offerings and helping them find the best solution for their needs. Your goal is to drive sales through meaningful conversations, build strong customer relationships, and consistently meet or exceed targets.

You'll play a key role in contributing to the company’s growth by delivering value with every interaction.

Initiating outbound calls to potential customers using lead lists, warm contacts, or referrals, and responding to inbound inquiries generated from marketing campaigns.
Identifying customer needs through open-ended questions and active listening, then matching them to suitable products or services offered by the company.
Delivering persuasive sales pitches tailored to customer profiles while maintaining professionalism and authenticity.
Following up with leads that did not close immediately, using structured follow-up strategies via phone or email to re-engage and close the sale.
Handling customer objections with confidence, offering solutions or alternatives to overcome hesitation and secure a commitment.
Logging call outcomes, lead information, and customer preferences in a CRM platform to maintain an organized sales pipeline.
Staying updated on product/service changes, pricing updates, promotions, and competitor offerings to remain effective and informed.
Meeting daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets while maintaining high-quality customer interactions.

Participating in coaching sessions with the Sales Supervisor to review call performance, refine scripts, and improve conversion rates.

A BIT ABOUT YOU
  • High school diploma required; higher education is a plus.
  • 1–2 years’ experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a call center.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in basic computer systems and Microsoft Office tools.
  • Problem-solving mindset and ability to work under pressure.
  • Willingness to work on site and flexible shifts as needed.
