Role Overview:
- The Senior Sales Representative, internally known as Business Development Manager leads revenue growth by identifying opportunities, building strong client relationships, and driving deals through to close. This role requires a commercially sharp professional who can manage complex sales cycles, influence decision-makers, and confidently move clients toward commitment.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and execute business development strategies with a strong focus on closing new business and driving revenue growth
- Own and manage the full sales cycle, ensuring opportunities are consistently progressed toward decision and closure
- Drive client conversations forward by addressing objections, clarifying concerns, and securing commitment
- Build and maintain strong relationships with senior stakeholders and decision-makers
- Develop and present tailored outsourcing/offshoring solutions aligned with client needs
- Prepare and deliver compelling proposals, pricing models, and commercial agreements
- Actively push deals forward, ensuring no stalled opportunities and maintaining momentum across all pipelines
- Partner with internal teams to ensure alignment between client requirements and delivery capability
- Identify expansion opportunities within existing accounts and convert them into secured revenue
- Maintain accurate pipeline visibility, forecasts, and reporting to support business decisions
- Represent the company in client meetings, negotiations, and industry engagements
- Lead and mentor team members, reinforcing a results-driven, closing-focused sales approach
What We’re Looking For:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field
- 7+ years of experience in B2B business development, consultative sales, or account management
- Strong track record of closing high-value deals and converting opportunities into signed contracts
- Experience in outsourcing, offshoring, BPO, or recruitment industries is highly preferred
- Proven ability to manage and accelerate complex sales cycles involving multiple stakeholders
- Confident in handling objections, negotiations, and final-stage deal closing
- Proficiency in CRM platforms such as HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar tools
- Strong communication, negotiation, and influencing skills with a highly results-oriented mindset.
- Must be willing to report onsite at Arcovia City, Brgy. Ugong, Pasig City (Mon-Fri, 7;00AM - 4:00PM)
