About the Role:
We are looking for a skilled Technical Writer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Zendesk, FrameMaker, and technical documentation tools, with strong ability to create clear, concise, and user-friendly content such as manuals, guides, FAQs, and “how-to” documentation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, write, and edit technical documents including user manuals, how-to guides, FAQs, and SOPs.
- Draft, organize, and maintain technical manuals for internal and external use.
- Use Adobe FrameMaker to create structured documents and maintain consistency across manuals.
- Manage and publish support content in Zendesk for customer-facing knowledge bases.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts, engineers, and support teams to ensure technical accuracy.
- Convert complex technical concepts into easy-to-understand documentation.
- Maintain version control and ensure documents comply with company standards.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Technical Writer or similar role.
- Proficiency with Zendesk (knowledge base management) and Adobe FrameMaker.
- Strong skills in writing “how-to” guides, FAQs, and technical manuals.
- Familiarity with technical documentation standards and versioning.
- Excellent command of written English with strong attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and manage multiple projects.
