The Regional Brand Manager is responsible for driving brand growth across the region through strategic planning in sales, marketing, product, and distribution. Ensures alignment with brand goals and achievement of business targets.

Responsibilities

• Develops sales targets and plans for all markets
• Aligns and negotiates targets with partners/distributors
• Monitors distributor performance and identifies areas for improvement
• Conducts market research with partners and principals

• Creates annual marketing plans and budgets
• Coordinates brand direction and marketing materials with principals
• Ensures execution of marketing programs across the region
• Tracks and reports marketing performance and ROI
• Oversees internal marketing initiatives and agency coordination

• Plans product assortment and purchases with sourcing team
• Coordinates with principals on product updates, pricing, and support
• Manages partner pricing, delivery timelines, and product concerns
• Conducts regular distributor visits and trainings
• Supports regional conferences and brand presentations

• Bachelor's degree in Business or Marketing; MBA preferred
• Minimum 5 years' experience in brand, sales, or marketing management
• Skills required: strong communication, leadership, and negotiation skills
• Analytical and creative
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Willing to travel
• English proficiency required; Mandarin is a plus
