We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Virtual Assistant to support financial advisors or insurance brokers in the US financial insurance sector. The ideal candidate has a background in financial services and insurance, understands compliance and documentation requirements, and can manage client communications and back-office tasks with accuracy and discretion.
Responsibilities (not limited to):
- Prepare and process insurance applications (life, disability, annuities, etc.)
- Support with client onboarding, data entry, and account updates
- Manage follow-ups with clients and insurance carriers
- Organize financial records and maintain compliance documentation
- Schedule appointments and manage calendars
- Maintain CRM tools (e.g., Redtail, Wealthbox, Salesforce)
- Assist with report generation, form completion, and client file management
Requirements:
- At least 1 year of experience supporting financial insurance professionals in the US
- Familiarity with life and financial insurance products
- Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
- Knowledge of CRM tools and insurance platforms
- Reliable internet connection and a quiet home office setup
