About the role
We are seeking a passionate and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our dynamic team at Caring-One Iloilo Call Center Services. This full-time role is based in Iloilo, Western Visayas and involves providing exceptional customer service and support to our valued clients.
Candidates must be available to work night shift schedules as required for this position.
What you'll be doing- Handling inbound and outbound customer calls and inquiries with professionalism and empathy
- Resolving customer issues and concerns in a timely and effective manner
- Providing clear and accurate information to customers
- Documenting customer interactions and maintaining detailed records
- Identifying opportunities to improve customer experience and service delivery
- Collaborating with team members to ensure seamless customer support
- Graduate of Medical Allied Course preferred
- Any bachelor's degree is required as the minimum education qualification
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-centric approach
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities
- Ability to remain calm and composed under pressure
- Ability to multi-tasks
- Proficiency in both written and spoken English
- Conversational level English proficiency is the minimum requirement for both written and spoken communication
- Prior experience in a customer service or call center environment is preferred
