Job Description:

The Marketing Associate will work closely with Management to design campaigns, conduct market research, and ensure alignment with the company’s overall growth objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in planning, developing, and executing multi-channel marketing campaigns (digital, social media, print, and events).
• Create engaging marketing materials including brochures, presentations, datasheets, newsletters, and case studies.
• Manage and update the company’s online presence (website, social media, and digital ads).
• Conduct industry and competitor research to identify market trends, client needs, and emerging opportunities.
• Support lead generation by running targeted campaigns and coordinating with the Sales team to ensure qualified lead handover.
• Track and analyze campaign performance using CRM and analytics tools, providing actionable insights for improvement.
• Organize and support company participation in trade shows, networking events, and client presentations.
• Coordinate with suppliers, vendors, and creative partners to ensure timely and high-quality marketing outputs.
• Maintain accurate marketing data, reports, and documentation in line with company standards.
• Uphold the company’s brand integrity and values in all marketing communications.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
• Experience in B2B marketing (construction industry preferred).
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with an eye for detail and creativity.
• Proficiency in digital marketing tools (social media platforms, Google Ads, email marketing, SEO/SEM).
• Familiarity with CRM systems and marketing automation tools.
• Ability to analyze data, generate insights, and present findings clearly.
• Proactive, resourceful, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Willingness to learn, adapt, and occasionally travel for events or client-related activities.
• Proficiency with AI-driven marketing tools is a plus.

Working Hours:

• Monday to Saturday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
• Hybrid work set-up
• Office location: Bicutan, Parañaque City, Metro Manila

Notes:

• Additional tasks may be assigned by Management as needed.
• May qualify for HMO upon completion of probation period.
• The Marketing Associate may be required to assist in sales-related events or activities outside standard office hours.
