Junior Marketing Associate - Muntinlupa

Are you a creative thinker with a passion for fashion and visual storytelling? We're looking for a Junior Marketing Associate to support our marketing campaigns, events, design needs, and brand growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the execution of marketing campaigns, events, and promotions.
• Conceptualize and design marketing materials using Adobe Creative Suite for campaigns, events, promotions, announcements, newsletters and social media content.
• Develop decks and presentations for pitches and internal reports.
• Stay current: Keep up-to-date with the latest fashion trends, software, and technologies.
• Researches and analyses market trends and demands, competitor offerings, demographics and other information that affects marketing strategies.
• Represents the company in external communications, including media engagements, public appearances, and related events.
• Work closely with the marketing team to ensure brand consistency.
• Manage marketing assets, ensure final graphics and layouts are optimised for various media (print, web, social media).
• Other duties: Perform other design-related tasks as assigned.

Qualifications:

• University Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
• Must have at least 1 year of experience in brand management, event coordination, advertising/media planning, customer service practices, marketing research, communications, creative planning, and content writing.
• Fresh graduates with strong creative portfolio are welcome to apply.
• Interest in luxury or high fashion brands is a must.
• Highly creative and strong presentation pitches.
• Skilled in Adobe Creative Suite and Canva Pro.
• With background on digital marketing, social media management (Facebook, Instagram, & TikTok)
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Willing to work in BF Homes, Paranaque City.
