Human Resources Business Partner (Team Lead)

Location: Cebu, Philippines

Work Set-Up: Hybrid

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Human Resources Business Partner (Team Lead) to partner with business leaders in driving people strategies, employee engagement, performance management, and HR operational excellence. This role provides strategic and hands-on HR support while ensuring compliance with company policies and labor regulations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Partner with leaders to deliver strategic HR solutions and support business objectives.
  • Manage the end-to-end employee lifecycle and improve HR processes.
  • Provide guidance on employee relations, performance management, compensation, and HR policies.
  • Lead HR projects, process improvements, and policy development.
  • Analyze HR metrics and provide insights to support decision-making.
  • Support performance and compensation review cycles.
  • Drive employee engagement, retention, learning, and development initiatives.
  • Conduct employee relations investigations and ensure compliance with labor laws.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
  • 6–8 years of HR experience, including at least 4 years as an HR Business Partner.
  • Experience in the BPO, Shared Services, IT, or Offshoring industry is required.
  • Strong knowledge of Philippine labor laws and HR best practices.
  • Excellent stakeholder management, communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
