 A.  Key Responsibilities
  1. Customer Assistance and Sales

l Product Knowledge:

ü Maintain thorough knowledge of the Jupiter Electric Scooters, including features, benefits, pricing, financing options, and maintenance.

l Customer Interaction:

ü Greet customers warmly, understand their needs, and provide product recommendations based on their requirements (e.g., scooter models, accessories, financing plans).

l Sales Process:

ü Guide customers through the sales process, including product demonstrations, handling inquiries, offering test rides, and providing information on product warranties and service packages.

l Closing Sales:

ü Actively close sales by addressing customer concerns, negotiating terms, and finalizing purchase agreements.

l Upselling and Cross-selling:

ü Promote additional products or services (e.g., accessories, extended warranties, or maintenance packages) that complement the customer's purchase.
  1. Customer Service and Relationship Building

l Customer Engagement:

ü Develop strong relationships with customers by offering personalized service, building trust, and maintaining contact after the sale.

l Problem Resolution:

ü Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly and professionally to ensure customer satisfaction.

l Follow-up:

ü Follow up with customers post-sale to ensure satisfaction, encourage repeat business, and obtain referrals.

l Customer Education:

ü Provide guidance on scooter maintenance, proper usage, and safety tips to enhance the customer’s ownership experience.
  1. Sales Target Achievement

l Sales Quotas:

ü Meet or exceed individual sales targets and dealership objectives through effective selling techniques and customer engagement.

l Promotions:

ü Actively participate in dealership promotions and sales events, ensuring customers are informed about current offers, discounts, or financing options.

l Reporting:

ü Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and sales figures.

ü Provide regular updates to the sales manager regarding performance.
  1. Inventory and Product Display Management

l Product Display:

ü Assist in the setup and maintenance of attractive product displays, ensuring that scooters and related products are well-presented and easy for customers to view and test.

l Inventory Monitoring:

ü Help track and monitor stock levels of scooters, parts, and accessories.

ü Inform the sales manager of low stock or popular items that need replenishment.

l Product Demonstration:

ü Conduct live demonstrations of scooters and accessories, showcasing their features, benefits, and advantages over competitors’ products.
  1. Administrative and Sales Support

l Documentation:

ü Ensure all sales transactions are accurately documented, including sales contracts, financing paperwork, and customer details.

l Data Entry:

ü Enter customer information and sales details into the dealership’s CRM system, ensuring data is current and accurate.

l Collaboration:

ü Work closely with other team members, including sales managers, finance personnel, and service staff, to ensure a seamless customer experience.

l Lead Generation:

ü Assist in generating leads through various means such as referrals, follow-up calls, events, and online inquiries.
  1. Dealership Representation

l Brand Representation:

ü Represent the Jupiter Electric Scooter brand professionally at all times, maintaining a positive image and contributing to brand awareness.

l Event Participation:

ü Attend dealership events, exhibitions, or promotional activities to represent the dealership and showcase products.

l Teamwork:

ü Collaborate with other sales associates, management, and support staff to achieve dealership goals and maintain a positive work environment.
