Sales Development and New Customer Acquisition
- Identify and develop new business/customer opportunities within assigned territory through prospecting, networking and cold-calling engagement.
- Manage the entire sales process from lead generation to closing the deal.
- Present, promote, and sell a range of KBMC products to customers, including residential clients, contractors, and businesses.
- Conduct in person meetings, product demonstrations and presentations to potential clients.
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Prepare regular reports for management, outlining sales performance, market trends, and competitor analysis.
- Track sales progress and maintain accurate records of leads, customer visits, and sales activities.
- Build and maintain good relationships with key decision-makers, purchasers and owners.
- Maintain detailed records of customer meetings and sales performance.
- Provide product recommendations based on customer needs and preferences.
- Regular follow up and visit with existing clients to ensure satisfaction, resolve issues, and identify opportunities for upselling.
- Stay informed about the latest product offerings of the company, promotions, and industry trends to effectively sell and advise customers.
- Participate in product training sessions to develop deep knowledge of the company’s product, its usage and advantages.
Performs (ad hoc and jointly agreed) other duties as assigned by the immediate superior/management.
