Conduct product demonstrations, presentations, and technical consultations.
Assess customer requirements and recommend appropriate products or services.
Prepare quotations, proposals, technical specifications, and sales-related documents.
Generate sales leads and develop new business opportunities.
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, suppliers, and business partners.
Provide technical assistance and support before, during, and after product installation or delivery.
Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely delivery and implementation of products and services.
Troubleshoot basic technical issues and provide appropriate recommendations to customers.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and technical service reports.
Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.
Prepare regular sales and technical reports for Management.
Qualifications/Requirements
Bachelor's Degree or Technical/Vocational Course in Engineering, Electronics, Information Technology, Industrial Technology, or a related field.Experience in technical sales, equipment sales, or customer support is an advantage.
Strong technical aptitude and ability to explain technical concepts to customers.
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and CRM systems.
Willing to travel for client visits, product demonstrations, and field assignments.
Possession of a valid driver's license is an advantage.
