HR / ADMIN

Job Qualifications

Educational Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
  • HR certifications (e.g., PHR, SHRM-CP) are a plus.

Experience:

  • 1–3 years of experience in HR or administrative roles.
  • Experience with HR systems (HRIS), timekeeping, and payroll systems preferred.

Skills and Competencies:

  • Strong communication skills – both written and verbal.
  • Organizational skills – ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
  • Attention to detail – ensures accuracy in record-keeping and documentation.
  • Problem-solving abilities – can handle employee queries and resolve issues efficiently.
  • Computer proficiency – skilled in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook), HRIS platforms.
  • Confidentiality and integrity – trusted to handle sensitive employee information.

Knowledge:

  • Understanding of HR policies, labor laws, and regulations.
  • Familiarity with recruitment, onboarding, and employee lifecycle processes.
  • Knowledge of basic payroll processes and employee benefits administration.

Personal Attributes:

  • Proactive and resourceful.
  • Team player with a positive attitude.
  • Customer service-oriented approach in dealing with staff and external contacts.
