We're Hiring: Admin/HR Assistant

Cebu City | Full-Time

What You’ll Be Doing: Provide day-to-day administrative support to our dynamic team

Assist in HR functions like timekeeping, payroll, and recruitment
Keep our files and records in top shape
Help coordinate team events and trainings

Support a fast-moving retail operations team

Who You Are: A college graduate of any 4-year course

Trustworthy and reliable with strong work ethics
Excellent in English—both written and spoken
Tech-savvy with strong MS Office skills (Excel is a must!)
A fast learner who takes initiative and works well under minimal supervision
Organized, detail-oriented, and systematic
Can juggle tasks and manage time like a pro
Has prior experience in payroll or basic HR tasks (a big plus!)
Familiar with government-mandated benefits processing (bonus points!)

Has a cheerful, can-do attitude and loves helping people
