Warehouse Maintenance Staff

Job Summary

The Warehouse Maintenance Staff is responsible for ensuring the cleanliness, safety, functionality, and overall maintenance of the warehouse facility and equipment. The role includes conducting routine inspections, coordinating repairs, monitoring warehouse utilities and tools, and ensuring compliance with safety and maintenance standards to support smooth warehouse operations.

• Conduct regular inspection of warehouse facilities, equipment, and utilities.
• Monitor and maintain cleanliness, organization, and safety within the warehouse premises.
• Coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance activities for warehouse equipment and facilities.
• Report and document maintenance issues, damages, and repair requirements.
• Coordinate with external contractors and service providers for repairs and maintenance work.
• Ensure proper functioning of lighting, electrical systems, plumbing, ventilation, and warehouse fixtures.
• Implement and monitor workplace safety procedures and housekeeping standards.
• Assist in emergency repairs and troubleshooting of warehouse-related concerns.
• Prepare maintenance reports, checklists, and documentation.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, operational procedures, and safety regulations.
• Support warehouse operations during facility improvement and maintenance projects.

• Bachelor’s degree or vocational course in Engineering, Maintenance, Electrical, Mechanical, or related field is an advantage.
• At least 1–2 years of experience in warehouse maintenance, facilities maintenance, or related role.
• Knowledge of basic electrical, plumbing, and mechanical maintenance.
• Familiarity with warehouse safety standards and maintenance procedures.
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Proficient in preparing maintenance reports and documentation.
• Amenable to work in Manresa, Quezon City.
