What You'll Be Doing

Be part of our client's team as an Audit Analyst. You'll ensure internal controls are in place, evaluate risk management systems, and maintain compliance across operations-helping drive accountability and operational excellence in a fast-paced BPO environment.

• 1 to 3 years of relevant experience as Audit Analyst
• Strong multitasking, time management, and organizational skills
• Ability to collaborate effectively within a team
• Excellent verbal, written, and listening communication skills
• Positive attitude in a fast-paced and demanding environment
• Reliable and punctual, with consistent attendance and accountability for responsibilities

• Examine and evaluate business procedures and policy frameworks to ensure compliance
• Maintain internal controls and assess the adequacy of risk management systems
• Perform internal audit reviews on client portfolios to ensure alignment with policies, regulations, and project objectives
• Conduct monthly root cause analyses on collection and support processes to identify and report non-compliant accounts
• Ensure timely remediation of non-compliance issues
• Create and submit monthly dashboard reports for executive management and the Board of Directors
• Review and evaluate the effectiveness of internal audit processes
• Ensure audit documentation is accurate and up to date
