We're looking for an Applied AI Engineer who can bring the power of AI models (like ChatGPT, DeepSeek, or Hugging Face) into real-world testing and QA workflows. This role focuses on integrating AI tools into our internal systems to streamline operations, automate repetitive tasks, and boost productivity — not on building AI models from scratch.

Key Responsibilities:

• Integrate pre-trained AI models into QA workflows, reporting systems, and test automation tools.
• Enhance test processes by building tools that use AI to summarize results, detect anomalies, or generate insights.
• Prepare and manage data used to fine-tune or optimize model outputs for internal use cases.
• Develop internal utilities, APIs, and connectors to bridge AI tools with existing development and testing environments.
• Work closely with QA engineers, developers, and operations to ensure solutions are practical, efficient, and aligned with business goals.

What We’re Looking For:

• 2+ years of software development experience (Python or Java preferred).
• Strong interest in practical AI application — making AI work in real-world environments.
• Hands-on experience with frameworks like OpenAI, Hugging Face, or LangChain.
• Good understanding of ML model usage (e.g., fine-tuning, prompt engineering, data feeding).
• Familiarity with QA/testing concepts and test automation workflows.
• Clear communication skills for collaborating with both technical and non-technical teams.

Nice-to-Have:

• Experience with test automation tools or CI/CD pipelines.
• Background in Agile development environments.
